For 15 years, I've called the Emerald Coast home—raising my family here, building deep roots in this community, and falling more in love with this place every single day. What started as a career transition from 20 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant has become my mission: helping people discover the same joy and opportunity I've found along 30A.

If you can make someone stand up on a brand new knee replacement, buying a beach house is pretty simple. That's been my philosophy from day one. I bring the same care, patience, and advocacy I provided as a PTA to every real estate transaction—because this isn't about making a sale. It's about helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I specialize in short-term rental investments and relocation to the 30A area, with most of my clients being first-time investors or second homeowners from out of state. My transactions typically range from $1MM to $2MM, focused on single-family resale homes with strong amenity packages near the beach.

But here's what sets me apart: I give you the real numbers, not the ones that just sound good. I'd rather tell you what a property will actually do than promise inflated projections just to close a deal. Because this is a relationship business—and my goal is that this won't be the last transaction I help you with.

I've viewed 24 homes in a single day to help an enlisted Coast Guard member find his first home. I understand the urgency, the budget constraints, and the sacrifice—and I'm here to make the process easy.

My Story

I didn't plan to become a real estate agent. After being laid off when Humana bought Kindred Home Health, my friend Michael Savage invited me to join his team at Christie's International Real Estate Emerald Coast. It was an abrupt change—but it turned out to be exactly what my family needed.

Shortly after getting licensed, COVID hit. I was home with the kids, able to work remotely, and stumbled into the busiest real estate market in recent history. What I discovered was that my years as a PTA had prepared me perfectly for this work: building rapport quickly, listening carefully, and helping people navigate difficult decisions with confidence.

I've been here ever since—growing my business through referrals, reputation, and a commitment to always putting my clients first.
